Starcrossed lovers - opposing religions or citizenships - tool already works in Enchanted garden
Cooking - create a love potion, bring own ingredients. Criteria to judge on.
Explanations for items, part of criteria.
Link love potion event -> into starcrossed lovers
Create thread for event, ask Viv to put details of each event in.
Post competition - ask Error about special prize.
End date 31st March 2020, 1 week to judge.

No word from Kru on prize armour yet. Crafting requirements set aside just in case.
Starcrossed lovers - frame as opposing temples.
Possible event date - (29th feb/1st march OR 22/23 feb)
Viveena updated with info on the proposed events.
Arena - need to figure out rules.
Secret Valentines - anyone who signs up, is given a note, to fill in, and return on event day.
Then we hand them to the people they're meant for.
Location - Suomi Theatre. After Date Auction.
Next meeting, I'll present altered Starcrossed Lovers. Hopefully have decision on a date.
Start dishing out who will host what.
Decent has made his intention to advance to full Troupe member known. Voting shall be opened for 14 days from now.

On future Troupe applications, discussed with Troupe and look to reduce to 7 days. Simple majority vote instead of 60% vote.
Will change policy once Decents vote is over, which will end 16th Feb.

Secured date is 22nd/23rd feb as per the poll.
Starcrossed lovers - Merisa to host/narrate. Claudine to act.
Arcadius looks pretty. Viv is a bubblegum butterfly. Noted.
Mounted arena battle - Viv hosting, Claudine or Verran be the host.
Give a weeks notice, can get mounts.
Use CTF field instead - boxes and summons available.
Clarify rules for the event.
No group heals.
Ask Error for red/blue bonnets and vest caps to sort the teams.
Jousting - need a line of coins. Mark the center, contestants start at the end.
Person running says phrase like *Breaks a Lance*, they run to the center and first person to say it
correctly exactly as the speaker, is the winner.
DK to host.

Judges - Claudine judge wherever needed.
Times/judges to be finalised next meeting.
EdenDevorah asked to step down from being a Suomi Troupe Member. Tools and title removed.

And and Error also popped in to say hi.
DK - jousting very fun, everyone loved the gambling too
Starcrossed Lovers - rena merisa and viv good job on reinventing the story, people enjoyed it
Perhaps use stage for future 'fashion shows' or an area that is a simple 'walk' - good to try out new locations though
Date auction - Serrah & Decent did a good job of hosting that.
Kru were meant to put on website the contest, still waiting. GMs have confirmed prize. Will ask for it once we decide on winner.
Laurier & DK - ideas for comedy and art contest. Similar to our writing one.
Will make separate discords for judging. Remove/invite whoever is judging.
1st place story made into a play.
Next events - spring type, end of apr/start of march.
Battle Poets. - Sort of rap battle.
Viveena and I proposed a series of quests for Tagor which link into all parts of the game.
Checked with GMs, yes they'd be interested in this.

Dress characters accordingly, possibly use knights,
Laurier - art event, cail mass beforehand, shinewood 1 or loures yard

Egg hunt - blackstar village, cos of chickens, x amount of golden eggs example hidden for winners.

Need Spring event name. Spring Fling?
Laurier brought up discussion about the pop up upon entering Suomi about entering a roleplaying town.
I feel we should keep the roleplayer town pop up (personally), look at perhaps a Knight mundane at the entrance
who explains the troupe & the town. If we script & suggest this to kru perhaps.
Some members suggested Penta quest give a legend mark.
Spring Fling is the name.
Last weekend of the month, 25/26th apr OR 2nd/3rd may.
Rena will be away, but can provide info for the trivia event.
Laurier to do art write up

Can check google doc of prizes for what prizes you want to request.

QOL - change for Fiosachd's sake back to for Fiosachd's sake. It didnt cause any harm beforehand, ruins lots of legitimate words.
Ishi confirmed avail for egg hunt, can do in dark.
Weekend 2nd/3rd may.
Kru - deadline of that weekend to make changes requested to the CTF maps.
Get lots of lanterns again from andor, fill a character up and bring it to the event
Similar event time slot used Feb events. Laurier says after sat 2pm est best for art event.
Topic cail priest - for art event part.
Not sure on Rena availability, will begin work on trivia questions.
Soccer field - chess with items, not enough people for Aisling chess. Sadface.
Items - make a list for pawns, etc all different pieces & gather. Eggs, bouquets, flowers, pendants?
Design and ticket in some type of map for Chest. Either push pieces etc or throw. More work on this.
Use same times for events as last aprox.

Recap on events;
Went well, CTF was chaotic but we will work the event into killing each other for flags next time instead of they gotta get their flag to the other side.
Uemorti advancement intent;
open for voting, will find out result at the next meeting.
Ideas
FoS quests revive. I'm going to work on the one I worked on with Ruthuinn, see what I get by next meeting.
Tutorial rewrite.
Filters in game - make a thread and us to put current filters and suggested filters.
QoL thread - any tickets and IDs put in there please. For ideas we have!

Discussed the 1-99 quest development, needs to promote group hunting tactics Will submit the FoS quest Ruthuinn and I finished. Discussed filters, Etna has started off a thread. Great ideas - work for 1-99 revamp, I've put a brief outline of dialogues. Need to work on filler quests. Need to work on Filter suggestions before next meeting. Reya - NPCs to port you to places faster. A little quest in order to access these complete first. I like this.
