Event: Winter Solstice Academic Fair
Suggested time frame: ((19 December, 12-18 EST))
Time frame may be altered depending on how many lectures we can squeeze in on this day.
Art class: Class field trip
Aislings paint a symbol of their choice with items in eg. wastelands. (Artist wanted)
Literature class: Nacht der Krampus (Serrah?)
Philosophy: Undiscovered elements (Laurier)
Philosophy: Holiday spirits. Why did the tuatha bring this holiday season to Temuair (XiaoLei)
History?: (Merisa)
Lore: A Trivia (Lorekeeper wanted)
What we need/want:
- Unlock the daily rewards for college so that everybody will have the opportunity to get full reward for each class/event. (Laurier checks with mundanes)
- A great supply of Prize bags
- Teachers of Lore and Art. (Ask people we know if they want to participate)

-We may look at another timeframe for the meetings since it seems that this isnt good for everybody. Suggestions are appriciated!

At today’s meeting we have discussed some practical issue with the event
and have confirmation on all suggested Lectures.
GM-And, will look into if we can get the 50m exp reward for every class hosted this event day.

*The need for Burgess tools to summon creatures for Krampus event is needed. Xiao will ticket KRU about this.

Meeting Minutes ((13 December 2020))

We rehearsed Nacht der Krampus in MTG 8.
We tested all the summons so that we know what we have to work with.
Prizes will be handed to all the aislings participating in this final act without announcement of it.
Everybody must help each other collect lots of items for the art class during this week before the event. Anything colorful goes!

Discussing the Academic Fair event.
Follow up on ((bugs)) with the Uistean tokens/rewards. No word from the mundanes yet.
Event was a great success, everyone did an outstanding job!
Next meeting we must collect more memories.
Merisa: Working with the mundanes to bring more culture to Suomi.
- Implement more reputable quest lines.
- Bring more traffic to the Suomi area.
- Knight escort to Suomi from Abel
- Go through the quests on the foreign boards.

Still waiting response to fix the issue.
We have come to the conclusion that the issue existed before the event.
Mundanes have received all the details and hopefully they will fix it soon.
