In QoL section here, Etna to send off tomorrow, check with everyone in discord, but is likely finalised now. Merisa reports no more updates with her play. Next QoL -> Talgonite raw to drop in Kas mines, possibly from Goblins Not touch existing Quests. Just create dialogues, no new items, touch nothing existing if we can help it. Caitrin to present ' Banrion of Temuair' idea. Pageant type event. Futher information, check in with the other teams and more clear information in the presentation. Like the idea. |

If Merisa has not given cast by next meeting, we will cast. Possibly run this over two slots, or slot 5 and end a little earlier.
Ran over dialogues I've added for 1-99 revamp, dark magick item, dark neck and dark belt flowcharts.
Decent and Angelique helped with the staff crafting requirements. Flow charts needed. Will do after meeting.
Etna - How to roleplay classes. Could be well perceived. Etna create syllabus

Schedule set down, we just need to know who wants to host what when. Thread on forums now created for this.
I've recently updated the prizes list, need to make troupe bags up as well I think.
Hoshi would like to assist with some events.

Continue work on 1-99, can use flowcharts/write ups on the boards as a template.

Xoody's application resolved with no objections and he has been promoted to Culture Advocate.
Venezia's application resolved without enough support for advancement to Troupe. She is free to reapply in one Deoch.
The troupe meeting time ((of Saturday, 10am EST)) was a success, with more Aislings able to attend than previous ((inclusive of asia-pacific players.)) We will further shift the meeting a little earlier next doublemoon to see the effects in practice ((new time: Saturday, roughly 9:15 am EST))
With the mundanes busy with various other issues, all ideas should shift to Aisling-run ventures (utilizing Ishikawa's abilities if needed and available.) Expect a lead time of 4-6 doublemoons for creation and organization of an Aisling-run event, complete with advertisement. Discussed the possibility of next events being scheduled to coincide with Halloween/Count and Countess of Macabre - members are invited to research the events hosted 8 Deochs ago for this holiday and brainstorm via foreign boards ((forums and discord))

Roleplay classes still in development.
Guild-based events, possibly recruitment fairs? More discussion to be had back and forth between guild leaders to see what they'd like to participate in.
Uemorti and Xoody are attempting to develop a Halloween event.
Tweaking Fiors has been suggested for a QOL development. Spend time the next week investigating Fior usage and possible changes to make it useful; discuss on discord.

Discussed a proposal for a Red Moon event.
Participants will start at the Suomi Inn with clues to decipher an specific item, and a specific location. They will bring the item to the location and meet with Volunteer B; who will give another set of clues, etc; until quest is complete.
Potential rewards include Legend Mark & Pet. Will happen either the weekend before halloween, or the weekend OF halloween. Will require 1-4 volunteers.

We discussed logistics for the Red Moon event. Merisa will prepare a trivia/history class to prepare participants. Participants will move to the Suomi inn to begin the quest. Xoody is looking for one more Troupe volunteer to be one of the clue-givers. Xoody is available to field questions on other specific help he needs.
Those present acknowledged the difficulty at setting up a standard meeting time. It was agreed that weekends would usually work better. More discussion to take place on Discord.
