grouped spectators in the arena is an accepted form of bug abuse, but we should probably be put on a separate team. However, leaving prior to the end of the event will not stop us from getting an arena mark.

Lessons Learned for Pirates of Oren
DEFINITELY discuss prizes for each event. For events with multiple games, we need to outline what game would earn winners what sort of prizes.
DEFINITELY have event flyer (website ads) ready 2 weeks ahead of time.
Sneaky Swabbie: hide and seek games not very popular.
Walk the Plank: play area needs to be shorter (10-12 spaces suggested), otherwise players take too long to complete the game in a decent amount of time.
Brigands and Bards: players require a prep time. They were either reading the rules OR working on their portion of the song, so it was difficult for them to compete with a good piece while following the rules of the game.
Cannon Chaos: Hidden helpers (cannon targets) were unable to see each other and actually hindered the path blockages for the players. For future events if this game is hosted again, we should consider allowing them to see one another.
Cannon Chaos: Dedicated “bombers” rather than targets running and creating the bombing/blasting effects. Otherwise, they are slowed down and unable to do their job. 2 “bombers” 3 “targets.”

Maze utilizes the CTF area
possible issues:
The use of skills such as charge, tail slam, and ambush will be an issue with destruction of or cheating in the maze. Furthermore, the use of skills/spells could kill a competitor, putting them in an unstable ghost form. No spells or skills allowed.
No bug form allowed
coins placed before walls placed to ensure that the maze works before summoning a million misplaced walls.
Hosting requirements: blockers, riddlers, watchers
NEED TO TEST: if banishment removes aislings from CTF arena
