Scrap Haunted House again, replace with, Murderer of Macabre.
1 Host, 1 ranger (to remove if necessary rinse/repeat, anyone not adhering to rules), few of us to run around nuke zombies and check people are playing fairly.
Decent, PROGUE, to be the killer. Full spells/ Everyone else to be in peasant armour, totally naked.
Use blood dagger.
PVP enabled area, CTF is backup.
Last man standing is crowned.
Ask Error/Ishi if can enable House Macabre grounds to be PVP enabled and add in a Resurrection NPC.

Tie murderer of macabre story into the rogue part for penta

Discussed I still need to tweak Murder Mystery a little.
Murderer of Macabre. - Still speaking to Kru about resurrection NPC, we can have that all sorted by event time anywho.
Will do Penta after the meeting to get Decent's armour to be the murderer sorted.

Trivia - Laurier planned it very well, was popular, and well done
Trick or treat - more eyes to proof read it
Murder Mystery - popular and went well. Next time clear guidelines for clues so easier to solve who killed the victim.
We need more advertising/publicity - ideas on this next week to bring to the meeting.

((Advertising ideas, everyone thought I cover this fairly well.

Which Kru are fairly receptive to. I also worldshout all events, advertise via guild board, and am always logged in/representing Troupe.))
For throwing out ideas, following meeting prepare a draft of the full event idea.
Saves a lot of just throwing out ideas and leaving others to either throw it out, or develop. As the person who throws it out has a vision for it.
Plan in advance, to allow for these drafts.
We have discord and troupe forum to share these easily between ourselves.
Christmas Event plannings

Decent ideas - Sleigher (some PVP will present next meet)
Best in Snow - fashion show, kruna category and non kruna
Laurier - Jeopardy style games hosted at Lore, with different
Temuarian Sqaures - similar to Hollywood squares, we can grab some famous Aislings
Nacht Der Krampus, new storyline.
I will create a template for proposals, Im sure there is one on forums Ill dig it up.
Dragglua Rucesion guard came as he wanted to pitch an idea to the Troupe.
Ideas to revive Rucesion politics - they want to run some events with assistance.
Advised to think of 3 ideas, as well as a name for the event.
Then let the Troupe know what assistance they require.

Possibly cant kill Santa until the elves are all dead. Discussed Laurier's jeopardy style event. 5 categories, maybe change to 10 questions per category. Add items in, lots of fun questions aswell as other categories. Discussed Hollywood squares style game. -> Ill prepare some questions for next meet Discussed Poetry - more winter/christmas themed. Perhaps in a Christmassy/Wintery map bundled around a fire for warmth? Discussed Nacht Der Krampus, any interest in writing a new story? I'd like to. Laurier also. Make a shared google doc we can all edit to get the story written. - Ideas - Laurier - Mt Merryish lore idea, green misanthrope who hates the season, comes from mtg to ruin festivities, steal from towns/event prizes, possible beast hides in caves near tauren. - DK, possibly merge this idea with Krampus. - Created doc we can all edit, get it written  - Will ask Error about the Mt Merry summons option in troupe tool, and if we can have it enabled for story. Will discuss name of event next week as meeting ran 1hr 1/2 long. |

New interactive story - if anyone wanting to contribute can pop a few sentences on, see if we can progress that during the week before next meeting.
Criteria Best in Snow - edited into the event.
Also a dancing contest, partners to create a dance.
Serrah volunteered to host, Merisa as a Judge.
Sack off Hollywood Squares to host Secret Erbie.
Also Suprise Stocking Stuffers, see the event.
Gift shopping - intro, Santa lost toys, find them and bring back to Santa. Santa's list of toys. I will update next event.
Singing Santas demo shown - will put on inbetween events.
Writing new story, take a look.
Name, decide next meeting. Definitely first thing!

Rena and Claudine work completed on Lost Toys event.
Discussed hosting Secret Erbie, Serrah will host this.
Laurier and Merisa to co host quiz.

Discussed 4-5th for event, awaiting agreement to finalise schedule.

Attendance: Claudine, Serrah, Decent, DK, Laurier, Renasecond Set the event for the weekend of 4-5th January. Began to discuss schedule Aiming to finish before 5pm EST sunday 5th jan. Match Secret Erbie applicants. Saturday - 2/4/6/8pm EST Best in Snow, Sleigher, Nacht Der Krampus, Trivia Sunday - 3/5pm EST Lost Toys, Secret Erbie. Serrah host Secret Erbie & Best in Snow. Decent host Sleigher, Serrah/Claudine to support as arena host. Claudine host Nacht Der Krampus Lawyer host Trivia Rena sent me more work on Lost Toys event this week. Ruled out Stocking Surprise, keep for next set of events and theme it to that. Ironed out the schedule, announcement sent off to Kru tomorrow AM. RenaSecond sent Advocate application. Event send off in the morning. Productive meeting!! |

Event is all out, schedules etc.
Ironed out the Sleigher events.
Decent host Sleigher - arena host support Claudine or Serrah
asked if Makiz able to help balance on the day.
Try find out from Topic what creature was used or implied to be Krampus.
Had a discussion about the Troupe being about inclusivity and we should let everyone have a chance.
Will think about events being 3 monthly again, not sure how we ended up back at 2 monthly.
Claudine will ask Rena to help host the Lost Toys event if she'd like to, as put alot of work into it.
Will try discuss some things with more regular Troupers available next meeting.
