26th May 2019 Attendance: Claudine, XiaoLei, Serrah, Justice, HarryTipper Looked at direction Troupe will go in. Events every 2 months, we need to look at QOL updates and Fetch type quests in downtime. Lowering the amount of prizes gradually. More story type events, more time inbetween to prep these.  More roleplay events, still fun ones, but lets incorporate those too. Comedy night was scrapped, Serrah to host punny riddles type quest instead. Fashion Show possibly in. Laurier wished to bring the event time up to a weekend in June. Mileth Fair group on Discord was created for better planning purposes, anyone relevant invited/active/helping invited. Still undecided if Mileth Fair event over 2/3 days. |

Looked at the schedule for the Mileth Fair.
Schedule now finalised, descriptions to be written up of each event, we've decided pretty much who is doing what.
Descriptions of each event to be posted into the Mileth Fair discord.
Claudine - Noughts and Crosses, Lit class, Fashion Show.
Serrah - Punvenger Hunt
Laurier - Hyb Chef and Art competition
XiaoLei - Poetry Hour and Gem Gambler

Legend mark for attending all 3 days - asked Kru for tool, will keep updated.
After event - Troupe to focus on daily fetch quests, QOL ideas.
Will wait for reply from Kru/Error on if still need this from us.

We ported to the fair ground, Justice screenshared the fair ground.
Justice will be able to open, have checked out which maps to use for which events.
Rization - talked trash on Joeker and smelled funny.

Recap of the Mileth Fair event;
Events were fun, slight changes to Hyb Chef in future - less confusion, and clear a place for the chef, let me pick up the items.
Good turnout despite events being on at the same time.
In future - ask if Kru has anything planned same time as us.
Any tickets sent in - to be checked over by all troupe, using the discord.
XiaoLei - looking to host a regular poetry hour. (Once a week after meetings). See how it goes.
Informal - benches in mileth, no prizes just fun,
Art, poetry and literature brought out lots of creativity and very fun.
Harry - idea about a boss coin, vendor to exchange coins for loot (queen chest, wd, arcella, satchel)
asked to develop and review it next week.
Ideas for Loved by X Mundanes - any ideas next meeting,
Ideas for the quest chain for a title - more discussion next meeting.
Future - work on Friends of Suomi, and Loved by X Mundanes.

Checked in on the previous link I shared for questing ideas.
Throw the quest chain for titles idea to the side as well.
Next meeting when more present, pick a Friend of Suomi quest to finish off and present to Kru.
Discussed the Loved by X Mundanes topic.
Get a Rucesion one ready to present to Kru before the 20th anniversary.
Innkeeper - possibly ask for mehadi blossoms.
Ruc priest - ask for a gargoyle skull, kill those pesky gargoyles from dubh trying to get into the town.
Serrah - Ruc Inn quest with a succubus and poker? Should be ready to check over next meeting.
Need to stick in Troupe discord to clarify meeting times for us all.

Attendance: Claudine and Ishikawa Two Loved by Rucesion mundanes quests sent in. Will post the diagrams. Next event - ideas for August time. Hopefully we've got more of our crew active.  Rudita expressed interested, Merisa, Giller, Lybrea. Already reached out to Rudita, Merisa, and Giller. Lybrea to reach out to. Speak to Kru about possibility of helping create a backstory for the Blackstar town, if they don't have one. Look into lore regarding Shade of Ealagd (sp?) the boss. Ideas; Towns magical veil has been lifted, by the appearance of the Shade and the dungeon. Where did citizens migrate from? Guards - not to keep people out, keep citizens safe? Potion merchant - from Medenia, how he is able to brew komadiums? Blackstar forest - idea already in a ticket, similar to Porte with trent roots huntable. Hopefully more things to come next meeting! |

Two Loved by Rucesion Mundanes quests - All flow charts done and submitted.
Spoke to Kru about letting Troupe write backstory/history for BlackStar - Kru twitter is discussing with GMs and will get back to me.
Looking to do event coninciding with Aug (20th DarkAges Anniversary, 2nd-4th Aug weekend.)
1) A play.
2) Kobolds ate my baby! (info on forums)
3) Jousting - text based
To continue next meeting. May look at mid August.
Halloween events - Now we have Burgess tool, set us a story route, (more info from DK, as she did this previously with Topic and Zells).
Laurier has an idea for a sort of, Escape room quest, this would need to be implemented by the Mundanes. Discussion of puzzles to solve, rooms with timers.
Asked to begin to draw up documentation - would need flowcharts, diagrams etc to be presented to Kru GMs.
More event organising next meeting!

Events; Play - recreate the breaking of the medenian seal - needs 5 actors, - mailed BioMagus to ask for any information to help us create this play. Nostalgic playthrough - use Loures soccer field. Create wall, have stages of monsters and using time appropriate weapons.armour and spells. EG. CR - Dark Clerics, using insight 97 armour and a holy diana, casting ard cradh (checked, trinket appears to be working in soccer field - no mundane support needed) Light/Dark wars - arena event with a Light team VS a Dark team Small event such as Kobold ate the baby - or pull another old event to put on. 4 events over two days should be plenty. |

Elimy was elevated to Suomi Advocate rank. Board and discord updated for her.
DK to host.
Kobold stole my baby;
Get a golden floppy, place it inside a kobold at astrid.
Use a house in Undine.
Begin event there, have a hysterical mother.
Acting part of how her 'baby is gone' it's missing after the Kobolds raided Undine.
Ask the participants to go save her baby. Direct them to Astrid.
3 floppies - run it more than once, 'Please don't hurt my baby by using nuclear spells, simply knocking the kobolds out you'll be able to safely find him'.
Serrah and Topic to provide a third event
'A Race for the Ages' at 10pm CST.
Actors, me, Verran, DK, Decent
Arena match - balanced - Error made armours for level 1 in SUOMI and LOURES styles.
Serrah - to write an appropriate roleplay back story, Claudine assist if need.
Add vipers onto the CREATE trinket.
Ask for CTF map to enable unregistered to enter - we could use that map for so much!
Ticket the announcement tonight.
I need to get supplies for my event. Script being written, link is available in the discord for any who want to contribute/check it out.
Claudine was arena host'd by Error for arena event.
Deel mentioned if improvements to the Mileth College would happen eventually, Error replies maybe.

Reviewed previous events;
Play went well - possibly more planning, definitely do it again. Well received, everyone enjoyed it - plan in advance
Pet blaze as a creant - hilarious.
Accuracy - reaching out for info on events from BioMagus worked well!
Soccer field event - people enjoyed spawns at the end, it was fun, had a laugh, entertaining which is the point. Everyone kept each other alive.
Race For The Ages - went well, well thought out and executed, some players got a little confused but more cos
Kobolds Stole My Baby - fun event, only thing we overlooked, was low level aislings being able to kill kobolds to get the baby. Fun event, do again (in another form, figure alternatives for low levels)
Clash of the Aislings - went well, mvp was Verran and Setites.
Overall, entire event was fun, great attendance, and popular.
Let's keep that up.
