Wrote up the intro story for the build a story Tales of a Troubadour

Everyone should have a basic outline for an event for the Open House
--Doesn't have to be super fleshed out, we can work on that at the meeting
At least one event will focus on the basics of RPing, staying in character, the use of (()), helping people develop their in game persona.

Blue/Maggy
--Event where clues/some town gossip are given out and participants must find out which Mundane it is and come back and tell the group a bit about them and who it is
Embracing Suomi - description in Open House Thread
Roleplaying classes, beforehand and perhaps one during the event to teach people the use of ** and (()), staying in character, etc.
Siebel charades idea
- Have people act out physical actions only requiring them to do physical rp where Embracing Suomi focuses more on the vocal aspect
--Could be worked into improv half of comedy nights
Theatre improv lessons
--Set up scenes that people can step into with basic stories that they have to continue, helping them learn to improv their character on the fly
--Could work in Siebels Charades as well
--Start with a few Troupe members doing scenes to give them an idea of how it works

Discussed:
1. Refreshed everyone on policy voted last meeting, RE: Inactive removals.
2. Cleared up an issue where Zells had no formal paperwork regarding his
implied position. Zells is now regarded as a Troupe member.
3. Updated citizenship policy. Previously, characters with Ranger or Sgath
marks were subject to a cooldown period or denial of citizenship. Troupe
members now have the ability to grant citizenship to these characters
so long as they provide explanation on the Troupe board and vouch for
their roleplay abilities.
4. Planned the Open House. Solidified two events -
I. A guided tour of Suomi and its occupants;
II. A "fetch quest" requiring participants to interact with Troupe
volunteers in order to achieve the goal, practicing roleplay in the
process.
Angelique is planning roleplay classes to coincide with the Open House,
hopefully adding to the instruction. The classes will take place in the
college.
5. Next meeting is Mother's Day. We will still hold a meeting for those who
wish to attend, but if you can't make it, we fully understand. We
recognize you are volunteers and thank you for the time you can put in,
whenever you can!
