[ Meeting Minute Archive 2018 ]

Special Note: It's Mother's Day!

Discussed:
1. Policy proposals forthcoming will be laid out on the foreign board,
where they can be discussed for a week, revised, and ultimately voted
on during a meeting so as to not take up too much time. A proposal for
the expecatations & responsibilities of suomi officials will be posted
sometime next week.
2. Next week's meeting will focus on the Open House, adding up to one more
event for the day.
3. Discussed reviving religions. Previous attempts have failed and gaining
enough active players to fuel eight recurring masses is a tall order.
Instead of focusing Troupe activity on this and possibly failing again,
it seems best to have those interested in reviving religions do so on
their own.
4. Discussed research & planning for the Dagoba, an eight-deoch celebration
featuring a different faith each year.
5. Discussed initial scheduling for a recurring roleplaying in-game meetup,
where people can count on meeting RPers in Suomi who are awake. Monday-
Thursday in the evening seems to work, more input will be solicited
next meeting.
