Requirements for obtaining Suomi Citizenship status:
Aislings interested in becoming a citizen of Suomi must contact a Suomi Troupe member. Renouncing your citizenship before being admitted is not necessary.
* Citizens cannot have had a ranger warning, warrant, or any criminal marks within the last 8 Deochs.
* Citizens, Advocates, and Troupe members cannot bear more than two criminal marks.
* Citizens, Advocates, and Troupe members cannot have a history of being publically heretical.^
A Suomi Troupe Member has the right to deny an Aisling citizenship for any reason, even if they meet all the requirements.
Requirements for retaining Suomi Citizenship status:
* Citizens cannot have had a ranger warning, warrant, or any criminal marks within the last 8 Deochs.
* Citizens, Advocates, and Troupe members cannot bear more than two criminal marks.
* Citizens, Advocates, and Troupe members cannot have a history of being publically heretical.^
Citizens who clearly do not meet the requirements for being admitted as a citizen will be stripped of their citizenship without prior notice; they may appeal after this point or request to be readmitted once they meet the requirements to apply for citizenship.

* Consistent activity as a volunteer with troupe planning, events, contests, etc.^
* Advocates cannot have had a ranger warning, warrant, or any criminal marks within the last 12 deochs.
* A sgath mark disqualifies an Aisling from citizenship, advocacy, or troupe membership.
* Citizens, Advocates, and Troupe members cannot bear more than two criminal marks.
* Citizens, Advocates, and Troupe members cannot have a history of being publically heretical.^^
Requirements for retaining Suomi Culture Advocate status:
* Consistent activity as an advocate with troupe planning, events, contests, etc.^
* Advocates cannot have had a ranger warning, warrant, or any criminal marks within the last 12 deochs.
* A sgath mark disqualifies an Aisling from citizenship, advocacy, or troupe membership.
* Citizens, Advocates, and Troupe members cannot bear more than two criminal marks.
* Citizens, Advocates, and Troupe members cannot have a history of being publically heretical.^^

* Citizens, Advocates, and Troupe members cannot have a history of being publically heretical.^^
