The spring event will be the Dream wedding, and we will want to gather some ideas for games, decoration, poetry and wedding ritual.

The free Undine quest is an idea that we are currently working on.
More information about this will be posted on ((discord quest ideas)) soon as the first draft is finished.

This event is a combination of the promised Dream Wedding and annual spring festival.
We have talked about hosting the event at Mileth Fair if we can gain the access. Enchanted garden is also an option we’ve talked about.
((Since Zurux and Kimelting are the same player)) we also discussed changing the bride for Zurux. Nothing has been written in stone yet.
We must talk to Zurux about the suggested date and finalize our ideas.
More ideas are welcome!

Discussion:
Event plans at Mileth Fair grounds.
- We need to assign a couple fair marshalls to give stage access seals etc. Kairri will take office in time for the event to help deal with this.
- The mundanes will be asked to help in any case we need them.
New event ideas:

Merisa’s play is written and done.
She needs a couple actors for it, so if you want to be an actor, speak with Merisa.
The goal is to rehearse the play at Mileth Fair grounds on ((Sunday 28 March during regular meeting time)) Everybody involved should really try and make that ”meeting”.

Merisa has advanced to become a full Troupe member finally!
She has sworn the oath and will be a valuable asset to the Troupe.

Today, we resumed discussion about the upcoming Dream Wedding and annual spring festival. We reviewed our list of planned events and determined that next steps should involve figuring out volunteer roles for each event, as well as logistics for the wedding and reception itself.
For the wedding/reception, Naena suggested we figure out decorations (e.g. aqua and wind stones, Dendron flowers), bridesmaids, groomsmen, wedding attire, theme, etc. Naena would be willing to offer her Crown Ball. Setites entertained the idea of wedding toasts.
DuenanKnute recommended that we review the Case of the Bobbing Boy post in Events of Temuair (held by Valkyries) to generate ideas for the murder mystery event.
Given the amount of things to plan and upcoming play rehearsal (TBD), we may want to consider moving the date to another weekend (perhaps the 17th?).
Kairri also confirmed again that she can take office as Mileth Burgess when we have a fixed date. She also asked who we would appoint as Fair Marshals?
Edit: Kairri also reminded us that we need to submit a proposal to use the Mileth Fairgrounds per Mileth legislative procedure.

Discussion about wedding plans:
Decorations:
Naena has suggested that we’ll make the wedding Andor themed.
Using items from Andor as decorations, tonics as drinks etc.
Naena has suggested some themes and clothes for the loving couple.
Eg. Bride: Something old, something new, something borrowed and something blue.
Naena and ZerA have been given the task to make an inventory list of Andor items that they can spare for the wedding.
The list should include items to decorate with as well as accessories for the troupe/advocates to dress up in to fit the theme.
Idea: The main course for the wedding is decided at the cooking contest event.

Rehearsal at the next meeting ((April 11 4pm EST))
Once the play is rehearsed and ready to go, we can finally set the final date for the event. Our aim at the moment is to host the event on ((April 17)) but it may be further postponed if necessary.
The play will be rehearsed at the Mileth fair, Serrah will make sure we have access to rehearse there during next meeting. If there’s any hindrance for Serrah to be present on given day, I must be informed a few days ahead to rearrange the access to the fair grounds.

First Event: Soccer Tournament: - Teams of each town compete against each other. - As the tournament progresses, some changes to the rules will be applied. - Kaze (monsters) will be caged in the area to pramh players at random. - Spells/skills such as beag suain might be allowed, as well as smoke bombs and pramh to create advanced tactics for the teams to play around with. More suggestions are welcome! Suggested date for the event ((Saturday 29)) If we want to host on this date the following tasks must be completed before the next meeting: - Announcement must be created - Decide who will be the host(s) / referee(s) - Who can be present and help out organizing? Note that we are still currently at the conceptual development stage: - Commencing next Saturday won't be feasible.
- Opening event will be Temuair Soccer as discussed last meeting--clarified that plan is for series of events, likely for one month.
- The following month, the winning town would be announced. If we start in June, would announce winners in July, for example.
Remaining considerations: 1. Name of event? Consider for next meeting: - The Temuairan Games?
- The Temuair Trials?
- Temuair Summer Games?
2. How many towns to be represented and how to deal with Aislings without citizenship? - If we only include towns with dyeable armour, we can work with a fashion element that also includes dyed accessories.
- If we include Noes, it's awkward to brand the event as within Temuair.
3. How long do we run the event for? A month? 4. What events are we using and who is the lead/support? - Temuairan Soccer: Naena (Lead)

- Scavenger Hunt: ?

Note that the above event ideas are suggestions. The first three are very likely to happen. The rest we should ponder. Whichever we choose, we should confirm there is a lead. Additional Items- Megalodon and Laurier would like to advance a pirate-themed event following the Temuairan Games. Preliminary ideas include a PVP event on the Lynith pirate ship as well as a scavenger hunt and boss spawns on Lynith, all of which are contextualized with a storyline. DuenanKnute previously proposed many creative ideas based on the Troupe pirate event several years ago.
- Merisa proposed we take the opportunity to perform her play following the Temuairan Games.
- Setites wanted to discuss parameters around the concept of an Honourable Troupe status.
