- Troupe should not refocus the efforts for Temuarian and Medenian culture advocacy. It should NOT have the sole task of hosting events. Members, please strive to improve your religious and political communities as well as encouraging others to use the college and theatre, etc.
- A list of "ACTIVE" and "INACTIVE" troupe members will be kept.
- - Posting on the suomi troupe board, foreign board, attending meetings, and
attending events are acceptable means of being considered "ACTIVE." - "ACTIVE" - Has participated in some way recently - "INACTIVE" - Has been unheard of or has not participated with the troupe recently. - Applications to the troupe are to be posted to the board for votes. If an application passes, the the applicant can become a Suomi Culture Advocate. An advocate must have a troupe member as a mentor, and it is the advocate's responsibility to get another mentor if the one assigned to them becomes inactive.
- Applications on the board are to have 5(yes) votes with a majority to pass unless there are fewer than 5 votes within a double moon. If the application has a majority vote within a double moon, then it passes as well. Failing applications must wait six double moons to reapply.
- A troupe member who is mentoring an advocate should post to the board or foreign board when he/she believes that the advocate is ready for promotion to troupe member. They must also list the reasons why the mentee deserves the promotion. The troupe will vote whether or not to promote the advocate during the next troupe meeting.
- A new foreign board has been erected. This will have contact information, and should be used to solidify ideas for final posts, troupe related discourse for the fragile, etc.
- The foreign board is for Suomi Troupe and Suomi Burgess use only, but if a Suomi Culture Advocate makes a contribution, be sure to credit them for it so it may count toward an advocate promotion.

- Went over the Theatre Reopening and discussed the order of it:
- Poetry, Comedy, and Improv - Improv may be topic based from crowd suggestions. - Judging will be done both by host and audience vote for ALL events. - Host will award the winners per section and that will wrap up the night. - Assistants: Firewind and Calamar - Tentative planning for Theatre Playwright competition to be discussed in future.
- Addressed upcoming Scavenger Hunt for August 3rd. ICT will be posted soon, and advertising will begin.
- Assistants so far: SirNair and Calamar - Addressed masses and classes. We want to get dates picked so that we can start making announcements and board posts for masses.
- Classes can have guest lecturers, just as masses can have a guest speaker give a sermon.
- Kyriel's sibling, MaeSen would like to have the college system become more interactive with the troupe and religions.
- Thaldin spoke of bridging classes to religion by having students attend a few classes that are themed on faith.
- Example: Fiosachd. Teachers would need to relate to class subjects such as philosophy (theory-oriented) or lore (marketing tactics). - Note: Thaldin is interested in Fiosachd, Calamar in Glioca
- Get Origins of a Phrophet started soon, or a writing event like it based on a theme.

- Gear stuff towards current players, and giving them choices seems popular
- Rival factions, such as what was mentioned before with the Blessing and Curse
- Troupe is welcome to come up with a logical storyline involving Muisir with possible new factions for side versus side.
- Etna will have contest results for Temuairian Traveller later in August.
- Firewind is hosting a Scavenger Hunt August 11th at 9 PM EST.
- Theatre addressed: upcoming weekly recurrances of poetry or improve nights
- Venezia adding theatrical elements to Origin of a Phrophet
- Possibly ongoing themed writing contests with Legend mark as a prize.
- Fetch and gather quests should be spaced out, more events that give prizes for being creative and roleplaying.
- Next meeting August 10th at 8 PM EST

- Muisir addressed again, regarding additions to the story and integrating the storyline, possibly with quests and mundanes. Troupe can addressed the backstory and tie things together.
- Examples could be creating NPCs and placing them, then they are activated by phrases, like many of our quests.
- Thaldin mentioned having a community history contest that the troupe can vote on to base our story on. It will have to be promoted right with incentives, such as, a legend mark and prize.
- Temuairian Travel Agent links will be posted on Foreign board soon.
- There is not a lot of community enthusiasm for contests, so we may want to gear for things that are straightforward, like theatre. Start small and build up.
- Theatre hour will be starting this coming weekend.
- Next meeting August 24th, 8 PM EST.

- Cazbrileth - Rolling mass schedule, (akin to what SolasQuinn had posted before). A meeting the Temuairian octave churches and joint prayer sessions. - Rization has a mass planned for Ceannlaidir with Algiza and Firewind as helpers. - We have a shortage of Cail and Sgrian priests. - If we can come up with a competition between the temples, that may inspire people to join. - Order of Danaan: stuff. - We want to use darkages.com, facebook, town community goards, and the Events of Temuair board - World shouts can also be used to direct people to these forms for more information. - Have advertisements prepared at least 4 moons (( 2 weeks )) before events and activities. This way they can be sent in for kruXon to post. - Theatre Nights, which are already in progress. Great job, SirNair. - Story Nights at the tavern. This would be basically just sitting around listening to stories from each other in a comfortable environment as a means to socialize. Story introduces the theme, then the themed roleplay can begin. - The Troupe could host a culinary competition, in which Aislings would utilize various items found through Temuair and Medenia and create a recipe, including things such as sticks for kebabs, fiors for heat and water, etc. - No Oren Ball food items would be allowed. - Day/Time? - Judges?

- Story nights (Algiza) - Starting Oct 17th 5 PM PST - biweekly to be held every other Thursday
- Another chef event in November
- We discussed revising it to be handled differently than Talgonite Chef - Either with stockpiling utensils and ingredients that contestants can choose from the "kitchen" to create their dish - or - - Holding it somewhat like Hell's Kitchen, with the host/head chef walking around critiquing the chef as the dish is prepared - With Halloween out of the way and Thanksgiving coming in November for USA - Talgonite Chef will continue at a later point, graduating to Mythril Chef, then the ultimate Hy-Brasyl Chef.

- Muisir addressed again. The backstory is mostly finished and a final draft will be finished shortly according to Jesein
- Joeker said it will be integrated into Muisir's next release which is in November. - 20 new maps to be added. - Story basis is Cail's daughter Amena is missing and the statue was built for her. She is the peacekeeper of the village, and the mushrooms went hostile after she went missing. - Long quest will be put in to find Amena, and after enough people have completed quest, an Amena NPC will be placed in Muisir next to her statue, but the mushrooms will remain hostile. - We will have meetings every Friday with Joeker, 5 PM PST for those able to attend.

- Oct 16th 3 PM PST - Cean Mass - Rization - Oct 17th 5 PM PST - Suomi Story Night - Algiza - Oct 18th 5 PM PST - Meeting - Comedy and Poetry Nights will be resumed in November, co-hosted by Cazbrileth and Firewind

•Yule Log quest is complete and will be implemented later this month with all other DA events (Oren Ball, Eulogy, Fowls, Pigs)

•CTF arena will be moved out of Suomi and access placed at the Balanced Arena mundane at Pravat.
◦Please post a 24 hour notice for CTF events so other troupe members can assist you.

•Jesein will be our Event Host for the Best Dressed Contest
◦He’ll shout 30 minutes before the event for registrations
◦Line them up in the throne room and announce each contestant
◦Tally up all votes from the audience and troupe.
◦Troupe will decide final order if there are ties.
•Algiza’s Novel Nights will start next week, Wednesday’s at 7pm CST (11/20)
◦They will be held in the Literature at Mileth College
◦Small Troupe Bags can be handed out to story participants.
•Thaldin will start hosting Mileth Poetry Hour by the Mileth Fountain in mid-December
◦Weekly on Monday, Saturday, or Sunday - will decide a definite day later
◦Open theme for regular weeks, seasonal or holiday themes for others
◦Examples: winter themed poems, spring, valentines (love), St. Patrick’s (limericks)

◦Lunar New Year event - Will be RP based as a Hwarone Celebration with fireworks January 31st, and mundanes placed at Loures Castle to give a gift box possibly containing party poppers and exp/ap bonuses, with an exp weekend.
◦Other event would be reusing script from ‘Love Letter’ and I want to work with it to include ‘Love Bouquet” quest for Valentine’s.
