Loures Soccer games are popular.
-Mundanes contacted Kru for access to jerseys found in data files.
-Topic working on green versions for Mileth.
-Kru responded they will look into the issue for implementation.
Halloween coming up.
-Possible event: Face your Fears or Scary Stories to be held in CTF (Capture the Flag Arena)
-Host would spawns creatures relative to the one in the stories and make participants fight them.
-Three rounds of monsters.
-Host Oct. 10th or Oct. 16th.
- 3 brackets: 0-99, 99-low bases, high bases.

Face Your Fears did not get posted yet, but there was a note included in the ticket request to update the day and post it later. The times will not change.
However, something that did change was the disabling of the ability to summon creatures in the CTF field, so the event needs to be changed in order to reflect a public story night which will be flavored with some interactive acting.
KRU will be notified that the event is cancelled and that their change has caused this cancellation.
Worked on scripting the Halloween themed story.
Themed stories will be held at the House Macabre entrance October 16th, 5 PM PST.

Face your Fears still not posted. I have asked that there be a GM to summon the critters so they don't need to change the tool.

Alia may not make it to the Face Your Fears event, but asks to roleplay to enhance atmosphere
Stories need to be completed ASAP, definite before October 23rd.
* include "stage notes" (creature to summon and when)

* stories are preferred to be completed by next week.

DuenanKnute still does not have meteor tool.
Face Your Fears in 3 days, October 24th.
-Still do not have a response if a GM will be available to summon creatures.
- Need to plan for Face Your Fears or story telling
- Make a note when something needs to be summoned.
- If they are not summoned, just describe how they died in some detail.

Firewind is busy and unable to attend.
Event Review: Face Your Fears lessons learned
- Great last-minute story editing effort by everyone
- Last minute KRU support made summons an issue
- Great use of boxes to make a structure. Wonderful idea by Zells
- Summons need to be listed well before showtime
Do we want to host more of these in the future?
- Yes, but keep it holiday themed
What should we change?
- Tell Topic that her story should be SHORTER, GOSH. SERIOUSLY UGH.
What should stay the same?
- Building box structures
- group-appropriate summons
- summoning in general is a GOOD THING

Mundanes have asked for maps/creatures required, the "easy monsters" and "holiday mobs" should be available. Tree in Suomi Inn will not be possible.
Stories are due on the forum by THURSDAY at 7PM EST.
Test runs will be done THURSDAY (After the Mileth Guard Meeting) in Mount Giragan.

Lessons learned: Winter Solstice Festival
* Breaks! (or if a lot is planned, spread to 2 days)
* Notify KRU earlier and that more details will surface on the Events of Temuair Board
* Place bigger events (like secret santa) sooner to get more people. DO NOT ENDCAP good events!
* Do not include a 1-99 story telling group, there aren't many 1-99 aislings that don't have master alts.
This should also give us time to edit the other two stories more. AND DO LESS WORK.
* Allow 2 hours to set up for story telling (if a structure is involved)
* Write the instructions for the "Caroling Contest" type events out more clearly on the forum in the future.
- One set for the whole group of people amassed for the event
- One set for the group of judges.
* "Games" Thread to be created so we don't have to reinvent the wheel every time we host a festival event.
* Trivia questions should be finalized with both the questioner and scorer before game time.
Alia was given the Suomi Coordinator mark for her event planning and hosting.
Next large scale event should be around February.
