SirNair gave feedback on his event, it was well received.
Claudine's event was also successful.

Trivia Class - Laurier
- Well received
- Perhaps ask everyone beforehand to review the questions a second time (there was one question that wasn't worded properly)
The Derpy Derby - Claudine
- Fun event
- Unfortunately no walls, but it went well regardless
- New people enjoyed it
- Game has gained some popularity in arena. Encourage tried it out in Balanced Arena
Art Class - Bee
- Went quite well
- Big thanks to Ishikawa for making the room dark to allow us to set a spooky mood with Lanterns!
Face Your Fears - Topic/Zells
- Huge thanks to everyone who helped plan the story
- Game was a little confusing at first, but all new ideas are

Meeting Minutes Addendum.

Re-hashed lessons learned with Thii in attendance gaining her feedback
Number of members expressed concerns of sweeping changes in short time
Voiced concerns about creating a divide and separation between members in Troupe
Talked about how rules might be something we should vote on rather than be mandated
Ishikawa spoke up about concern for a quick change in management styles and rule changes while transitioning Burgess' during Topics hiatus. Said she would have been upset had Justice done the same to her in her absence.
Discussed being uncomfortable with things being done in secret and hidden from sections of the Troupe.
Moved on to upcoming events
Poetry Night 11/4, with next Theatre night to be held during UK availability times for Claudine/Bee
Bee will be hosting her cut Halloween Fashion show this weekend instead, on saturday. Times to be updated
Reworking FyF extra scenarios into another d&d&da event
Received constructive criticism on how some of the scenarios didn't quite mesh
e.x. why could a monk draco form in one scenario to get out of a fight, but not over the trap field. This delves more into definitely more of a D&D in depth style. While it would be hard to make it that way, we can rework scenarios to be more cohesive
Would like d&d&da to be held in filth forest again
Choose your own playventure would work well in either the Theatre or Classrooms. Possible to find a loophole for someone other than Lit to teach due to low lit award availability. Perhaps Art for a "Creative writing" segment. To be discussed later.
Winter Solstice has a lot of interest, Makiz and Bee both spoke about last years and would like to see it return, as would I

Winter events need to be solidified in the next two weeks to be able to send to kru
Event scheduled for December 9th since it seems to work best for all
Add/rewrite some Nacht der Krampus passages (Zells: Yule have a good time!") - bee, thii, sirnair to help

Claudines caroling santas, like UD, needs more fleshing out, but sounds fun - bee will coordinate
Bee has fashion show locked down, no further help needed, but judges for event would be nice

Late night meetings reinstated
Sybbyl voted on yes - 5 Abstain - 2, motion passed, Sybbyl granted advocacy, with Serrah to mentor

Thiis Scav hunt contains neither rare items nor obscure locations, but more out of the box thinking
Blueskye brought up a "Musical Coins" (read: chairs) event that sounds fun and fast paced, could be holiday themed
